The Burrito Burro's Tail is a trailing succulent plant, native to Mexico. The plant creates long drooping tendrils up to 60cm long. It has fat blue-green leaves growing on stems which hold water. This succulent may give you wonderful pink blooms in the spring.

To keep them alive:

  • Position - Sedum morganianum likes a lot of light and needs some sun but will scorch in strong, hot sun.
  • Temperature - Keep around 20C year round and do not let fall below 7C
  • Drink -  Requires regular, moderate watering all year, except in winter, when it should be infrequently watered.
  • Feed - you only need to feed it occasionally with a low nitrogen fertilizer - maybe only once or twice a year.
  • Top Tips - Excess water can damage the plant in a short time. The species is susceptible to over-watering, especially during winter dormancy.
