Shipping

Smaller items are shipped, fully insured and with tracking numbers, via our designated courier Fed Ex or the Royal Mail. In most cases, a signature will be required upon delivery.

All items will be despatched within 5 working days and sooner in most cases.

In the UK we use a 1-2 day courier service. The service to Europe takes approximately 3-5 days and for elsewhere it is approximately 5-7 days.

Thanet - Free Delivery, East Kent £25 and West Kent £45

London and within the M25 is £50 dependant on the item and we will always aim to consolidate deliveries - this enables us to keep individual costs to a minimum by splitting the delivery between each customer.

These rates are for delivery to a ground floor. Please note that the driver works alone and mainly during business hours, so someone will need to be in to take delivery and help lift larger items. If you have any alternative requirements, please let us know as this will involve alternative arrangements.

A surcharge of £10 will be applied for delivery to any addresses within the Congestion Zone.

For large furniture (freight) items, we will provide a delivery quote, so the following are guidelines only.

We arrange the quote and once accepted by you, pass your details onto the driver who will then make contact with you to coordinate delivery times directly.  You will need to pay the driver upon delivery.  Insurance of all items passes to these delivery companies as soon as these items leave our premises. We will obviously be happy to assist you with any queries/issues you may have regarding delivery.
