Small and medium items (shipping will be calculated at check out)

These orders are shipped, fully insured and with tracking numbers, via our designated couriers (Parcelforce or Royal Mail). In most cases, a signature will be required upon delivery.

All items will be despatched within 5 working days and sooner in most cases.

In the UK we use a 1-2 day courier service. The service to Europe takes approximately 3-5 days and for the rest of the world, a shipping time will be provided depending on destination Country.

 

Larger items and Furniture

  • Thanet - Free Delivery, East Kent £25 and West Kent £45
  • London and within the M25 - £50 - £100 dependant on the item and how quick you need it. We will always aim to consolidate deliveries - this enables us to keep individual costs to a minimum by splitting the delivery between each customer. (A surcharge of £10 will be applied for delivery to any addresses within the Congestion Zone).
  • UK Mainland - We arrange the quote and once accepted by you, pass your details onto the driver who will then make contact with you to coordinate delivery times directly. You will need to pay the driver upon delivery.  Insurance of all items passes to these delivery companies as soon as these items leave our premises. We will obviously be happy to assist you with any queries/issues you may have regarding delivery.
  • Rest of the world – we have a number of delivery services that we can arrange quotes for. (Please note that overseas customers may incur import duties and taxes, which will be paid by the purchaser)

All rates are for delivery to a ground floor. Please note that the driver works alone and mainly during business hours, so someone will need to be in to take delivery and help lift larger items. If you require a two man delivery or for product placement elsewhere, please let us know as this will involve alternative arrangements.

If the item arrives damaged then it must be photographed on delivery and e-mailed to us within 48 hours.  You must hold on to all original wrapping for the process to be completed successfully but we will fully refund you and claim from the courier. Failure to conform to these rules may result in any claim being rejected.
